Changes in Insurance Claims

Effective 1/1/2018 Direct Member Reimbursements or paper claims (wherein the member pays cash and seeks reimbursement from the plan) may be submitted to MedOne for reimbursement for up to 90 days after the date of receipt. Claims submitted outside of 90 days will be rejected. Native Care Health will no longer process any prescription reimbursements. Please have your pharmacy process your primary and/or secondary claims electronically to avoid having to mail in your receipts for reimbursement.
