  2. Walking Strong Class

    The Walking Strong program was developed by Brian Laban with the Hopi and Navajo Elders. It is a walking program that is fun, provides positive social interaction and develops comprehensive fitness. Each session is 8 weeks and 30 minutes long with different types of walking, strength and flexibility training.They will be held on Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 to 11:00AM. Robert Whitebird III will be the instructor.
