Members of the public desiring to present matters to the Quapaw Tribal Business Committee on the agenda must submit a request to the BC Clerk by the Wednesday preceding the Quapaw Tribal Business Committee Meeting.

Requests to appear will be placed on a first-come, first-served basis. This portion of the meeting shall be subject to a time limitation, determined by the Quapaw Tribal Business Committee Chairman for each presentation. The Quapaw Tribal Business Committee has the discretion to decide how they wish to address the subject matter if they so choose.
