The John L Berrey Fitness Center Classes
All Quapaw Tribal members can exercise FREE.

Here are classes currently offered:

  • Low Impact Aerobics are held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 a.m.

  • The Walking Strong program was developed by Brian Laban with for Hopi and Navajo elders. It is a walking program that is fun, provides positive social interaction, and develops comprehensive fitness. 
  Each session lasts 8 weeks; sessions last 30 minutes with different types of walking and   strength and flexibility training.
  Walking Strong sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. 

  • High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) are held Monday - Friday at 11:00 a.m.
