Quapaw Tribe Of Oklahoma    

 

The Government Arm of the Quapaw Tribe of Oklahoma is governed by the Business Committee. 
There are seven (7) total members on the Business Committee.

 Quapaw Tribal Business Committee meeting on the 4th of July Holiday, 2005.

The Business Committee is led by the Business Committee Chairperson. 
Followed by the vice-Chairperson.
Following the vice-Chairperson, is the Business Committee Secretary/Treasurer. 
In addition to these positions there are four (4) Business Committee Members. 
Everyone serving on the Business Committee has a two (2) year staggered term.  
The positions are elected/re-elected by a vote of registered tribal voters.
