What is the Car Seat/Booster Seat Program?
 
Infant, toddler and booster seats are available from the Quapaw Tribal Tag Program for distribution to enrolled Quapaw Tribal members. The seats available for distribution are provided by funds generated by the Tribal Tag Program. Car seats/booster seats will be dispersed on a first come first served basis.
 
Eligibility
 
·                      Car seats/booster seats will be made available to enrolled Quapaw children from birth to 80 lbs.
 
·                      Infant seats may be requested prior to the birth of a child by the enrolled Quapaw parent. Documentation from a physician indicating expected delivery date is required for this type of request.
 
·                      There are no service area boundaries for this program. Seats can be shipped to tribal members living outside a 50 mile radius of the Quapaw Tribal Headquarters.
 
Seats Available
 
Infant (birth - 20 lbs), toddler (typically 20 - 40 lbs), and booster seats (typically 40 - 80 lbs) are available for distribution. Not all types of seats are available at all times. The supply of seats is limited by funding from the Tag Program.
