Car Seat Program

Infant, toddler and booster seats are available from the Quapaw Nation Tag Program for distribution to enrolled Quapaw Nation members. The seats available for distribution are provided by tag revenue funds. Car seats/booster seats will be dispersed on a first come first served basis. If receiving an infant seat it will be a 3-in-1 car seat.

Eligibility

  • Car seats/booster seats will be made available to enrolled Quapaw children from either birth to 8 year old or until the child reaches 4 feet 9 inches in height.
  • Infant seats may be requested prior to the birth of a child by the enrolled Quapaw parent. Documentation from a physician indicating the expected delivery date is required for this type of request.
  • There are no service area boundaries for this program. Seats will be shipped to tribal members of the Quapaw Nation.

Seats Available

Infant (birth to 20 pounds), toddler (typically 20 to 40 pounds), and booster seats (typically 40 to 80 pounds) are available for Quapaw children. 

  • 3-in-1 car seat grows with the child from a rear-facing harness (5-to-40 lbs.) to a Forward-Facing harness (22-65 lbs.) to a high-back booster (40-100 lbs.)
