Tribal Transport Program (TTP) (Roads) Monthly Report

Priority List
Project 1 - Route 0199, Section 010 (1 mile) S 680 Road: The project is S 680 Road between E 50 Road and E 60 Road, to grade, drain and pave mile of an existing gravel road (NEW). Includes southernmost mile section of S 680 Rd to provide alternate route to connect to both northern sections of S 680 Rd previously surfaced
Project 2-Route 0118, Section 010-020 (0.3 mile): This project includes grade, drain, and paving of Quapaw Tribe administration parking lots.
Project 3-Route 0117, Sections 010-110 (1. miles): This project includes grade, drain, and paving of Quapaw Tribe Pow-Wow Grounds Roads (MODIFIED).
Project 4-Route 0214, Sections 010 (0.2 mile): This project includes grade, drain, and paving of Three State Monument Road, Ottawa County, OK/Cherokee County, KS.
Project 5-Route 0132, Section 010 (0.1 mile): This project includes grade, drain, and paving of current Quapaw Substance Abuse Services parking lot in preparation for Tribal Marshals" Headquarters and services to move into existing building after remodel.
Project 6-Road Maintenance: This project can include any eligible road maintenance activities per 25 CFR Chapter 1 Appendix A to Subpart G on existing tribal inventoried facilities.
Project 7-Design and reconstruction of Route 0188 Sections 010-050 3.4 miles (E 60 Rd between 5670 Rd and State Line Road), including the two WPA bridges 6446 and 17689; and route 0104 Sec 010, WPA bridge 08161, connecting to beginning of route 0188. "Community Project" in coordination with Ottawa County District 1 Commissioner's office and Civil Engineering Department at Oklahoma State University (MODIFIED).
Project 8-Route 0194, Section 010 (4 mile) S 610 Road. This project would grade and pave the remaining gravel section of S 610 Road between E 40 Rd and Hwy 69 for land accessibility.
Project 9-Route 0140-010 E 66 Rd (1.2 miles) from C-store to Processing Facility. Re-engineer for Heavy trucks traveling to and from the Quapaw C Store, Feeding Facility, and Processing Facility: reconstruct, address culverts and drainage issues, repave, and stripe.
Project 10-Route 0124 Section 010-020 E 66 Road (1.7 miles). This project would address drainage and width issues, grade and pave the remaining gravel section E 66 Road. Add to inventory as "Overlapping Route" and coordinate project with the Peoria Tribe.
Project 11-Route 0196 Section 010-020 S 630 Road (1.7 miles). This project would address drainage, grade and pave the remaining gravel section of E 50 into 630 Road, up to Section 030 intersection with E 40 Rd for land accessibility.
Project 12-Route 0112 Section 010 County Hwy 137 to north of intersection at E 66 Road (2 miles). This resurfacing project should address severe cracking, rutting, and raveling of asphalt.
Project 13-Add east extension/access between Virginia (Route 0216 Section 040) and Whitebird (Route 0101 Section 310), from existing alley between Elder Activity Center and The Fitness Center. Add to inventory as Route 0216 Section 060. Connect to new access road from County Hwy 137 to Virginia, added to inventory as Route 0216 Section 050.
